HR Manager - Organization Development - FMCG - IIM/TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD/SIBM/MDI (7-8 yrs)

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

1 Ensure that the HR function is focused on the critical business imperatives and operates in accordance with strategic directions and priorities as incorporated in the 5 year plan for the business

2 Ensure that benchmarked HR processes are designed and adopted in the business

3 Develop and implement a robust Talent management plan for the managers in the division which would include (but not be limited to - Performance Management, Talent Asourcing, Recruitment and Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits and Succession Planning)

4 Ensure the best available pool of talent by constantly monitoring, analyzing and implementing new developmental tools.

5 To integrate business HR initiatives with the overall Corporate HR strategies.

6 Ensure administrative efficiency by re-engineering HR processes and facilitating adoption of contemporary HR IT systems.

7 To conceptualize and execute Capability Building Plans for the Business, so as to ensure a structured approach in Learning and Development

8 To formulate and periodically review SBU HR budgets so as to enhance focus on cost efficiencies and quality of outcomes

9 To anchor the pan-India annual employee engagement survey for the business and closely monitor result communicaition, action plan formulation and action plan development

10 To initiate and sustain the Use of HR Analytics, so as to derive a competitive advantage for the business.

11 Focus on development and capability building of Mid-Level Managerial resources reporting into the position.

12 To engage with decision & policy makers in Government/ Non Government with a view to provide appropriate perspective from Company's point of view.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Education & Relevant Experience "Recognized degree from a premier campus (TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD/SIBM/MDI) in Human Resource Management. Experience in a senior generalist position for 7-8 years with an understanding of the FMCG industry.

Ideally Passouts of 2009/2010 Batches :

Knowledge and Business Understanding

- Key business factors and its impact on HR issues.

- Understanding of HR systems & design, Organizational structure and Innovative HR practices.

- Knowledge of FMCG Business

- Experience of working with SAP Successfactors

- Anchoring Engagement Surveys from Survey Design to Action Planning

- Anchoring Compensation Review Cycles

- Understanding of basic processes in all functions

- Knowledge of Organizational & HR policies.

- Basic understanding of IR laws and statutory requirements.
