Designation: HR Manager
Reports to CEO and plays an IC role
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection to ensure optimal team strength to meet business goals
- Quarterly and Annual performance assessment and appraisal
- Formulation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures including induction, joining and exit
- Effective employee communication and engagement to keep a spirited work environment
- HR MIS: Preparation and Analysis including Sales incentive computation and payment
Desired Profile:
- 4-8 years of relevant HR Generalist experience
- Willing to work as Individual contributor
- Strong knowledge in HR concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record for leadership and team management
- Expertise in managing diverse geographical workforce and multi level workforce
- MBA degree from a reputed with specialization in HR will be preferred
- Start-up experience will be a huge welcome in Online/Internet/IT Product space
This role involves travel to other India locations for 4-5 days/Month.
