Recruitments: Managing complete recruitment process for the firm’s India and South East Asia offices. Handling recruitment vendors, managing on time hiring, stakeholder management.  2. Trainings: Devising the training calendar for the firm. Rolling out the training calendar having internal & external training.  3. HR intervention & Employee Motivation: Managing employee connect, increasing employee motivation, rolling out HR projects  4. Employee Engagement: Responsible for complete employee engagement activities i.e., HR events within and outside office, offsite, birthday bashes.  5. Payroll, Labour & PF compliance  Competencies/ Skills  1. Self motivated, should have team handling exp (1 to 2 members)  2. Ability to manage complete HR activities for the firm independently  3.
