This position will report to the Director, Human Resources.  Responsibilities and Key result areas:  The incumbent will be responsible for leading HR Delivery for Pune and for leading the team of HR Reps in Pune  The key goals of the incumbent would be:  - Formulate and Drive retention programs  - Performance management and improvement programs  - HR Advisor to leaders and accountable for employee relations  - Accountable for leading annual compensation cycle, promotions cycle, employee engagement programs, development initiatives, rewards & recognition frameworks and career management & development programs  - Drive strategic projects individually and through the team  - Responsible for Performance Appraisal cycle and Liaison with Legal and Audit team for all issues in India   Desired Skills & Experience   - Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B School  - Strong HR generalist experience with a strong people management background  - Good at Project Mgt, Risk Mgt and Facilitation skills  - Comfortable with working in rotating shifts (mid/evening shifts)  Shift Timings ( 5.00 PM to 2.00 AM, Pick & Drop Facility)
