V-Konnect is glad to share a job opportunity based out of Kakinada - AP.  Designation: HR Manager  Experience: 4+ years  CTC: According to market norms  Job Description:  - Filing of remittances and returns with labour authorities pertaining to Shops and Establishment Act, ESI, LWF, Bonus, CLRA and other labour laws   - Having good exposure of HR laws   - Conducting audits on Labour Laws compliances with statutory authorities and handling internal customer audits, checking on compliance status of Vendors.  - Handling inspections, Liasoning with various labour authorities, labour courts etc.  - Drafting of various legal letters such as termination, show cause, enquiries, closure follow ups, etc.  - To handle all secretarial matters of Indian entities which involve compliance with Company law provisions, dealing with Registrar of Companies & Reserve of India.  - Drafting necessary application forms to obtain required approvals.  - Convening and Drafting minutes of meetings such as General meetings, Board meetings and resolutions of Indian entities.   - Maintaining all secretarial records for the group companies.  - Filing of Statutory Forms annually and as and when required.  - Helping with mergers and acquisitions.  - Providing advice on matters related to Company Law, other regulatory issues in corporate laws as and when referred by the Management.  If interested please share your resume or call at: 9910113856
