We have an opening for Manager-HR role with a leading MNC
We are looking at someone from good companies (MNC or Indian) and 2005 - 08 batch only.
The following are the key requirements:
- Should be currently in an employee facing role.
- Should have managed multiple cycles of annual processes such as performance management, annual salary review, etc.
- Good exposure in end-to-end recruitment
- Managed senior business leaders/stakeholders as a HRBP
