Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager – HR
Prerequisite:
1) Qualification – MBA (HR)
2) Experience – 5- 7 years of work experience
3) Good Verbal and written communication skills.
4) Ability to work flexible hours.
5) Ability to work under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
6) Extremely high level of attention to detail
Role Description:
1) Manpower planning
2) Managing end to end recruitment's across all levels.
3) Managing on-boarding activities as per ISO compliance and conducting HR induction
4) Managing employee life cycle within the company.
5) Drafting and organization wide implementation of Human Resource policies.
6) Ensuring compliance of ISO 27001: 2005 for Human Resource function.
7) Managing organization wide Performance Management System.
8) Conducting Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
9) Handling employee grievances
10) Employee Engagement activities within the organization.
11) Supporting Finance dept for salary processing
12) Supporting Operations dept for managing shifts, project feedback's or any other support required from time to time.
13) Supervising Admin team
CTC Range: As per industry norms.
