Manager - Human Resource - ITeS/BPO (8-12 yrs)
Role: HR Business Partner - BPO [for booming eCommerce firm]
Designation: HR Manager
Position will handle a team and handle a group of 1000+ employees
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The individual needs to be knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of HRM activities.
- Would be responsible for resolving employee issues. Need to support key stakeholders and line business managers in addressing and closing all HR related queries.
- Strong focus on employee connects, developing and implementing engagement strategies along with business managers.
- Partners with client groups to embed and evolve the people element of the business strategy - key aspects will include retention, training and morale of the workforce
- Build a performance culture and ensure the performance management processes are implemented in the right spirit.
- Handles employee relations issues, grievance handling, movements and transfers.
Desired Profile:
- 8-12 years of experience in HR Business Partner activities from ITes/BPO domains
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
- Hands-on experience in Talent engagement and Talent development activities
- Good communication skills
- Strong Team handling experience
- Should have worked with Organisations with Robust HR practices
- Willing to work in shifts(between 8 AM - 10 PM)
