Requirement for Human Resource Manager, Recruitment, HR Operations  Job Title: Manager, Human Resources  Reporting to: Head, Human Resources  Position Type: Full- time  Location: Gurgaon  Key roles and responsibilities  - Develop and constantly recalibrate HR functional strategy (i- Recruitment + Training & Development, ii- Performance + Policy Management in line with organizational objectives and evolving business needs overall HR strategy  - Establish best- practice processes on HR functional strategy (in functional area assigned) and ensure seamless HR operations therein, in the throes of a rapidly growing, dynamic business environment and effectively partner with all stakeholders involved to implement process improvements and new initiatives as relevant  - Understand and streamline financial impact of HR operations by estimating, forecasting, anticipating requirements, trends and variances- and align resources accordingly.  - Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications  - Lead or facilitates conflict management and problem resolution processes, including consulting, providing training and conducting investigations.
