Looking for HR Manager for a dotcom setup.

Looking for people who are passionate about working in a start-up environment and have relevant work experience in talent acquisition and employee retention. The incumbent will be responsible for the HR function per se, focusing on Recruitment, OD, CNB, Employee Engagement, PMS etc. The incumbent will be responsible for putting the HR systems & processes in place. The position reports in to the CEO.

Experience: 3 – 7 years
B-School Graduates (HR) from Top B-Schools (IIMs’, XLRI, SP Jain, Symbiosis and the like)

Location – Bangalore / Chennai
