Job Description

- Leading and developing a strategic road map in HR function Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication

- Leading organizational design, restructuring, talent management and capability building initiatives

- Designing and conceptualizing key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization

- Excellent communication skills is a must along with a high level of business acumen. You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.

Desired Skills and Expertise

- Good experience in the field of Human Resources Management, Training & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resource Planning & Budgeting, Industrial Relations and Statutory Compliances.

Educational Qualification - MBA from IIMs/ XLRI/ TISS with a minimum of 6 years experience.

Experience - 6-15 yrs - Candidates having worked in FMCG / Manufacturing / Pharma / Real Estate/ Companies preferred
