HR Manager - Global Mobility - Automobile

We have an opening for Global Mobility Manager with a leading automobile company.

The Role :

The Global Mobility Manager will operate, evolve and optimize the existing global mobility program design which includes the following key components :

- Global Assignment Management (Inbound, Outbound & Repatriation)

- Immigration

- Relocation

- Expats Terms and Conditions management and Administration including contracts

- Global mobility statutory compliance

- He will be responsible for providing formal and informal guidance to respective stakeholders. This individual will track, analyse and administer the ongoing improvement of our global mobility, HR and staffing programs.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the owner of employee global mobility programs (international relocation, international transfers, international assignments) focusing on efficiency and employee experience.

- Drive employee mobility cases with key stakeholders in HR, Recruiting, Legal and Finance to ensure precise execution while providing the right levels of transparency and advisory to business leaders globally.

- Make smart decisions on evolving employee mobility protocol, procedures and exceptions as needed.

- Manage productive relationships with external services relating to mobility ensuring high performance globally according to key indicators such as client satisfaction and cost.
