Looking for HR managers from other Tier II/ Tier III institutes with atleast 4-8 yrs of exp in HR.
- We are looking at someone who has worked with a well known brand and has either managed a couple of org wide important projects, or has worked closely with the sr leadership team.
- The candidate should be exceptionally strong on communication and should have handled difficult stakeholders. Should be good with presentations, MIS and data etc. The person will manage a mix of strategic and transactional level work.
- The incumbent will be expected to push/ drive new initiatives , get the buy in of stakeholders in a relatively new BP HR setup and therefore has to be someone who can work in both structured and unstructured environment. There is tremendous scope for the person to work on the people agenda.
