HR Generalist (4-6 years)
He/she will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities.
Where applicable, the HR Representative Generalist will provide input to resolve supply/demand issues and will provide input into resource planning activities. He/she typically supports 1000+ personnel in the same entity/ geography/workforce. He/she makes recommendations and suggests solutions within their own group which is typically a standard team with high complexity.

· MBA (HR) from 2005 to 07 Batches from Tier 1 Institute.
· Person who is currently handling end-to-end HR generalist/Business partner activities.
