HR Manager (3 to 5 years)
We have an opening in a leading MNC in Mumbai. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in end-to-end HR generalist role.
- Strategizing and leading HR functions including: employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement, organizational design and change management, recruiting and selection, training
- Partnering with various businesses to plan and execute strategies internally.
- Ensuring a dynamic pipeline of talent through rigorous performance management, e.g., leadership assessments, coaching and development of employees, performance feedback
- Recruiting, mentoring, coaching & training direct (if applicable) and indirect reports
- Managing HR systems in order to maintain integrity of employee and organizational data
- Full time MBA (HR) from premier B- school only with 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Must have experience in leading HR.
