HR Manager - Generalist (10-15 yrs)

For my current assignment with a top MNC in Bangalore I am looking for an HR Manager - India & Asia. The role and responsibilities are detailed below:

Essential Responsibilities:

 - Reporting to the Global HRM for Energy Information Management & supporting the CIO, India and the CIO, Asia for the Energy Businesses. The role is supported by three HR Generalists.

 - Lead the Human Resource end-to-end functional support across all of Energy IM India and Asia for an employee population of approximately 450+ located across four cities in India and 5+ countries in Asia.

 - Drive strategic & operational level HR-related planning, staffing, Session C, compensation planning, leadership coaching, employee development & performance management.

 - Develop and sustain long-term Organizational structure in a dynamic environment

 - Act as a coach for key leaders

 - Drive key leadership programs within the IM Business like IMLP

 - Drive operational level activity and play key HR role for several strategic projects supporting IM Organization globally

 - Strong focus on identification, selection, & retention of world-class talent in a very dynamic market.

 - Build a strong talent pipeline by focusing on employee career development and by driving relevant engagement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:

 - Masters degree in Human Resources.

 - Minimum of 10 years progressive HR Generalist experience, including experience as a Generalist.

 - Willing to travel (approximately 15-25%).

 - Ability to work in a global environment with very senior business stakeholders

 - Expertise on external market and Industry practices.

 - Change agent, results orientated and high energy.

Desired Characteristics:

 - Six Sigma certified.

 - Experience acting as business partner to understand needs and creatively work with management to grow business results.

 - Strong business acumen, analytical and project management skills.

 - Demonstrated coaching/mentoring/relationship building/leadership skills.

 - HRLP Graduate.

 - Positive, proactive approach to problem solving.

 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 - Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

 - Able to manage multiple, competing priorities across geography.

 - Works well in matrix environment.
