We have an opening for the position of Manager HR based at Sonipat plant for a leading MNC into consumer healthcare.

Idea is to groom the position for the Plant head role in a span of one and half years.

This capacity of the plant will be boosted in this tenure to double the operation.

From the last ten years (since its inception) it has not faced any IR issues.

We are looking for candidates from premiere B-schools who have sound knowledge of managing HR at a plant.

Its a very urgent position, given the right candidate, it has the potential to close in a span of 7-10 days.
