- Manpower Budgeting & Forecasting
- Recruitment, Selection & Placement
- Job Analysis & Evaluation
Employee Relations :
- Strategic Labour Relations
- Maintain cordial relations with unions
- Employee welfare
- Counselling
- Ensure positive discipline
Rewards strategy :
- Collective Bargaining Agreement (Long-term settlement)
- Wage & Salary Administration
- Rewards & Recognition initiatives
Capability Development :
- New employee orientation
- Leader of Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) capability development module
- Performance Mgmt & Development for Salaried & Clerical cadre
- Design & Delivery of Training modules
Statutory compliances :
- Liaison with Govt officials
- Periodic audit of compliances at site
- Leader of External audit module under QS & G guidelines
- Contract Labour Management
- Personnel & Administration:
- Corporate Policies implementation
Facility Management
- Security
- Canteen
- Housekeeping
- Transport
- Time Office administration
- Records management
Requirements -
- Candidate must possess at least a Master of Art or Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
