- Responsible for providing end to end HR support to factory with 750+ employees.

- Responsible for Complete IR activities & Statutory Complainces

- Responsible for recruitment of competent candidates at Entry-level and Managerial positions for factory profiles.

- Responsible for the performance appraisal of all employees.

- Implement Spot Rewards program for motivating employees.

- Analyzed Attrition data, recruitment cost , salary range data etc. to present various HR metrics to top management

- Designed an EWS (early warning system) to proactively track, predict and control attrition.

- Responsible for Complete Factory Administration like Canteen, Health Transportation , Security & Safety.

- Responsible for conducting various employee involvement events like Cricket matches, Annual day celebrations etc.

- Responsible for identifying the training needs of employees and coordinating training programs accordingly.

- Prepared and analyzed the manpower budget for the entire centre.

- Conduct internal customer satisfaction survey to gauge the satisfaction levels of employees.
