HR Manager - Equity & Deferred Compensation - Banking

Looking for Manager- HR - Equity & Deferred compensation for one of the top clients in Banking industry.

Location: Mumbai

Designation: Manager - Equity & Deferred compensation

Job Responsibility:

- Strong understanding of stock valuation

- Managing large value vesting cycles, should be able to work from grant to vest

- Understanding of global taxation, trading of equity awards, process/ issues related to FX spread, payment, exercise of shares etc would be a plus

- Understanding of finance accruals

Skills Required:

- Candidates with 6-10 years of experience.

- Candidates coming from consulting background (Big 4) is appreciable.

- Candidate should be B.Com or MBA.
