A large Private Bank is urgently looking out for a HR Manager -Employee Relations to be based at Mumbai.  The person needs to be having at least 6 yrs experience in HR for a large Bank, preferably a PSU Bank.  He should have have hands-on experience on the following:  - Labour Law compliance for regulations under- Contract Labour (CLRA), Payment of Gratuity, Equal Remunerations etc.  - Standing orders - Banks, Liaise with Government, Labour Authorities in respect to Labour Inspection’s observation. Independently manage Statutory Compliance, Statutory returns, renewals, certificates etc.  - Drafting letter calling for explanation, Charge Sheet etc., placing matters of negligence, lapses, frauds etc to Disciplinary Authorities (DA) or Competent Authority (CA), Handling Appeals.  - Coordinate and facilitate in end to end process of Discipline Management according to the laid down Staff/ Officers Service, Conduct & Discipline and Appeals Rules.   - Handle Staff accountability matters Pan India  - Departmental Inquiries,(acting PO/EO in cases) or facilitating as the dealing officer.  - Issues related to employees on Performance Management, Absentism, Leaves etc  - The incumbent should have experience in handling multiple transactions in large numbers.  Candidates who are MBA in HR with relevant experience, only from the Banking sector, preferably from PSU Banks may apply with your current CTC details.
