Job Description:

- As a Manager HR, the incumbant would be required to structure and streamline the HR policies for the organization.

- Handled end to end recruitments across functions, joining formalities, onboarding ,etc,

- Devising compensation structures, performance appraisal policies,etc.

- Would be doing competency mapping, OD & employee engagement activities.

Desired Profile:

- MBA in HR from a premier B school with min 5 yrs of experience preferably from Retail, ecommerce, IT, Telecom background.

- A go getter, willing to take up challenges and handle strategic responsibilities.
