It draws on a combination of technical and litigation expertise to solve the challenges that arise at the intersection of technology and the law.

Our client is looking to hire an HR Manager/Director who would be primarily responsible for HR operations, talent management, and talent acquisition.

As the client has employees in the US and India both, the incumbent would need to manage global cross functional talent with niche skills.

The incumbent would need to manage talent acquisition for both India and the US by using a variety of sources.

The incumbent must also be able to manage all statutory compliances both in India and the US and should be aware of requirements related to work visa, 401k etc.
