Channel partner for all the leading mobile handsets and enterprise solutions, with a Turn Over of 20 Bn $ .

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :

- The Manager / Consultant - HR role is expected to conceptualize and execute the reward strategies across all business verticals.

- The role covers all operational and strategic aspects of managing the compensation and benefits function in line with the company's visions, values and strategy as well as sound, long-term business practices.

- This role would have 60 % focus on C&B and the remaining 40% on HR Business Partnering.

- Strong HRIS/Excel Knowledge .

Key activities include :

- Responsible for all C&B related activities at Organisation level

- Build and provide technical expertise around Reward processes

- Manage annual salary planning

- Gather market intelligence and recommend salary benchmarks

- Support the HR-Head for strategic development and decision making in C&B

- Partnering with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to design, review and update compensation and benefits policies and processes.

- Manage the India market compensation survey by partnering with vendors

- Support implementation of global policies and work with business divisions to ensure compliance

- For all new hires, recommend the right compensation to Recruitment lead.

- Work on policies and processes of HR to make them strategic and in line with the demands of a growing business

- Provide the strategic support to HR head

- Act as think partner to HR Head in conceptualizing Organisational Design, OD interventions, Retention Strategy, Employer Branding and Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

- Specific activities required and results needed to excel

- Cultivate a thorough understanding of the various reward related business requirements through an understanding of the business and their operating model

- Design and implement Short term & Long term incentive programs across Businesses to ensure flexibility and reward performance.

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure its error free and completed on time every month.

- Manage annual salary and bonus process as per guidelines.

- Build and provide technical expertise around Reward process & incentive schemes.

- Design & Implement Executive compensation for the Business Leaders.

- Define Senior Management and Key talent Compensation framework and ranges to ensure competitiveness, parity, mobility and performance reward differentiation.

- Ensure Compliance with Corporate Governance, Compensation & Benefit related laws and Taxation specific to India location.

- Build Compensation & Benefits Design and Communication expertise at business level to ensure seamless employee communication and his/ her appreciation of the organization based on rewards and its linkages.

- Manage Annual Compensation review and Benchmarking across Businesses to ensure process accuracy, fairness and transparency.

- Run a fitment exercise to ascertain and recommend the right compensation, job title and grade for all new hires.

- Ensure compliance with company and government policies and procedures.

Dimensions Provide any relevant data to show the size of the job (eg. budget, branches, customers)

Selection Criteria : Qualifications, skills, experience, abilities, behaviours

Essential Desirable :

- Thorough understanding of Compensation & benefits practices. Strong analytical skills & exceptional clarity in thinking. Excellent relationship skills

- Highly developed communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interface with multiple geographies and cultures

- Should have a strong network with market (external) competitors. Knowledge of statutes related to Employee Provident Fund and Gratuity.

- Knowledge and expertise in advanced MS Excel .Ability and knowledge to run the payroll not from execution point of view but from supervisory and governance perspective

- Should Built strong credibility with the Regional and Global C&B teams .

- High on work ethics & result orientation

- Ability to move between strategic and operational elements easily.

- Ability to collaborate and coordinate across global, regional and local teams in both service and execution capacity

- Prior experience as HR generalist / business partner role

- Experience of C&B in a Sales
