Manager HR – Audit and Compliance for a leading company in BFSI sector and for an MNC FMCG company

MBAs in HR or Post Graduates in Labour Law with 8-10 years relevant experience.

The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening statutory compliances, streamlining HR audit, score card , outsourced vendor management & cost control and ensure compliance of issues in employee relations, grievances and legal.
