HR Manager - Compensation & Benefits - IT (10-15 yrs)
Should have 10+ years of experience in HR Operations.
- Hands on experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, Recruitment, Employee Training, Employee Engagement,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Assist in formation of Company wide and industry specific compensation strategy and its implementation.
- Review and determine compensation for company salary bands.
- Participate and contribute actively in annual exercises related to benefits such as Insurance, Equity etc.
- Ensure the yearly Salary and bonus cycle are run smoothly, ensure all compensation activities are undertaken correctly.
- Interface with Finance and provide pre payroll input to the Finance Team.
- Support the delivery of Compensation-related processes, including merit, bonus and off-cycle reviews.
