About our Client - Our client is a UK based MNC and a leading provider in cash management solutions across the globe.They are present in more than 50 countries globally with a workforce of more than 3000 worldwide. They are seeking an HR Manager to lead their operations in India

Job Description - Reporting to the MD India and Regional HR Manager- Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:

Talent Acquisition:

- Leading the recruitment strategy for the organization on a national basis including senior leadership hires

Learning & Development:

- Creation & Implementation of the organization's learning roadmap via development strategies for management and professional roles to address business needs and improve employee capabilities

Employee Engagement:

- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement

Campus Relations:

- Build effective campus relations and branding solutions to position the organization as an ‘Employer of Choice' HR Policies & External Benchmarking:

- Benchmark innovative and competitive HR policies in line with Corporate/Regional guidelines

Compensation & Benefits:

- Design, plan, and implement compensation and benefits programs & participate in compensation surveys and competitive analysis - both external and internal

- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams

The Successful Candidate - You would have a postgraduate degree or diploma in HR and experience in an HR Generalist role for 3+ years in a global multinational firm. You would have a proven track record for successful stakeholder management.
