HR Manager - Auto/Mfg (7-8 yrs)
In need of a HR Manager (Male candidates only) for an Auto-Mobile OEM Supplier Firm with approx 100 employee strength.
Profile Details:
Reporting to: HR Head
Working Hours: Normal Business Hours.
Age Limit: 25 - 35 Years
Qualification: PGDM / MBA (HR) / Graduates with relevant work experience in the same work domain (HR)
Work Experience: Minimum 7 - 8 Year's experience in manufacturing based industries/units.
Required candidature & Job Description:
- Local Male Candidates Preferred (Mumbai / Navi Mumbai Region)
Corporate HR (Operations)- i.e.
- Managing the entire Employee Life Cycle right from induction to exit.
- All HR Generalist Activities.
- Knowledge of HR Tools like - SAP/ HRIS etc.
- MIS / Data Management
