We have an opening in a leading MNC in Bangalore. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in end-to-end Employee relation and HR generalist role.

Responsibilities

- Anticipate business and employee needs and deliver the HR agenda flawlessly.

- Partnering with the business and functional leaders to provide HR strategy and HR support to the teams.

- Helping to attract, develop, engage and retain the best talent.

- Organization coach, who supports and enables change, builds organizational capabilities and reduces complexity.

- People review processes including: organization strategy, succession planning, salary planning, manager and employee training

- Provide leadership and expertise for the full scope of the HR function including: employee relations, employee compensation and benefits, employee engagement, organizational design and change, communications, career development, recruitment and selection

- Responsible for overseeing monthly payroll, insurance, pension fund and other related matters

Location: Bangalore

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR) from premier B- school with 7 to 9 years of relevant work experience

- Must have experience in end to end sales HR and employee relation .
