Position: Learning and Development (Services Vertical – 4000 employees)
Qualification: MBA with specialization in Human Resource from a premiere B-School only
Experience: 7 - 10 years
- Training Need Identification/Assessment and Designing the Training Calendar for the Services vertical of RIL (4000 Employees) incorporating all behavioral & functional needs across the country.
- Design and conduct Induction programmes for Lateral Joinees, Graduate Trainees and Management School Graduates covering Business and Behavioral Orientation.
- Content development and implementation of the Orientation and Development Programmes for Employees at all levels.
- SPOC between the Services vertical & the Corporate L&D Team.
Requirement: Specialist in Learning and Development, At-least 4 years of specific experience in L&D, Should be conversant with functional L&D requirements.
