This position is with a mid size IT Product Engg/Services Organisation based in Bangalore.   As a part of its exponential business growth, My Client seeks to hire a seasoned professional as HR Lead for its India operations. The role will involve leading all facets of the HR function for Indian operations. The role will report to SVP-HR and have the reporting of Talent Engagement, HR Operations and L&D teams.  Key Challenge  The role would require this incumbent to build, manage and grow the HR function in India, preparing the organization for future growth and challenges.  Job Profile:  Talent Planning – Responsible for workforce planning and onboarding processes.  Talent Engagement & Management – Develop and institutionalize employee engagement programs to build a happy and highly engaged team. Develop necessary succession plans and innovative organizational development initiatives to build an efficient team and talent pipeline.  Learning and Development –The HR Lead will be responsible for building the learning culture, identification of L&D needs and development across all career stages.  Performance Management - Design and implementation of performance management processes and systems.  HR Policies and Processes – The incumbent is responsible for all necessary compliances and HR ops related to people function and building of automated process and systems, wherever required, that are scalable and self-sustaining  Connection & Alignment - Ensures complete alignment of people strategy with the Strategic Context across the business entity.  Culture Building –One of the key functions of the role is to continue to provide an engaging, open, transparent work environment and lead the organization through proactive, positive employee relations.  The role is also responsible for advising on compensation and benefits strategies, on time delivery of all HR programs, including rewards & recognition, Employee communications, processes and initiatives with a high standard of quality.  Manage and Mentor the HR Team for India Operations.   CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION  - MBA (Full time) from an institute of repute with about 10+ years of work experience in Human Resources function.   - A large part of this experience should have been in IT Services organization(s)  - Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with senior stakeholders  - Should be comfortable with open communication, expression of opinions and dissent  - Should have helped shape up organizations in his/ her career  KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES  - Excellent leadership, decision making, project management and execution skills  - Excellent people, relationship and communication skills  - Engaging personality with high integrity and sense of fairness  - Ability to connect with people on the ground  - Should be able to work in a high action dynamic environment  - Should exuberate and drive energy in discussions and not easy to be pushed  Feel Free to have an exploratory conversation.
