HR Lead  Client - Premium Startup in commercial and business lending  Role will include and not be limited to  Partner with the Top management to structure the HR function for the firm.   1. Spearhead the entire TA initiative in terms of strategy and execution. Interface with Campuses and create a campus strategy. Set processes and ensure compliance for superior candidate experience.  2. In charge of Talent Management Strategy for the firm.  3. Lay down robust HR operations   4. Build an employee friendly brand and integrate with the firms brand identity  Looking for professionals with hands on experience in fast growing setups. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ability to deal with ambiguity. Must have over 8 years of experience in TA and Corporate HR roles.  2 years full time MBA in HR from premium B schools preferred for the role.
