Job Title: HR & IR Officer

In India, the operations started in 1999 and currently has offices in over 20 locations with 600+ employee strength on company rolls. This position below is to augment the HR team in India.

UTi is looking for an HR professional who is adept in handling IR related matters for its plant in Pune, who shall be taking care of union relations, statutory compliances including factory act and all other legal compliances, conducting periodical meeting with unions for redressal of grievances for creating an amicable environment in the organization, discussing & negotiating with employee & union for issues related to work (employees discipline, employees deployment and other IR issues), etc.

A suitable candidate would be someone with a masters degree in HR & IR, from premier institutes, with 3 – 5 yrs of experience, preferably in a start up organization.
