Job Title: HR & IR Professional

In India, the operations started in 1999 and currently has offices in over 20 locations with 600+ employee strength on company rolls. This position below is to augment the HR team in India.

UTi is looking for an HR professional who is adept in handling IR related matters for its plants PAN India.

Shall be taking care of workmen relations, statutory compliances including factory act and all other legal compliances, liaising with all Government and Non-Government bodies, handling court matters and domestic enquiries including all procedures of disciplinary / legal action, conducting periodical meeting with unions for redressal of grievances for creating an amicable environment in the organization, discussing & negotiating with employee & union for issues related to work (employees discipline, employees deployment and other IR issues), etc., overseeing legal compliance with respect to Contract Labour management.

A suitable candidate would be someone with a masters degree in HR & IR, from premier institutes, with a minimum of 10 yrs of experience, preferably in a start up organization.
