HR / IR Manager ( 5 to 10 years)

We have job openings in a leading MNC in Bangalore. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in IR role in manufacturing set up.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire gamut of activities from HR angle, Factory legal compliance and IR

- Provide HR support to Operations Leadership in staffing, C&B, Performance Management, Employee Relations

- Communication to plant and all HR initiatives

- Lead and participate in HR projects driven by corporate

- Ensure compliance to employees personal documentation- payroll, attendance, OT

- Drive Training and development initiatives for employees

Location: Bangalore

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR)/MSW with 5 - 10 years of experience in Manufacturing set up
