We are looking for Talent Strategy Head India   Main Responsibilities :  - Lead Talent Strategy for India leading the Human Capital to drive profitability and growth.  - Enabling organisation to become an Employer of choice by focusing on strategic initiatives across the talent lifecycle (attract, retain, develop and grow)  - Support the business for all Human Capital needs including Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness, design and effectiveness  - This includes areas such as Human Capital strategies, Employee Value Propositions, Performance Management, Inclusion and Diversity programs, Culture building initiatives, Employee engagement, Employee networks, Sponsorship, Retention strategies, recognition to name a few.  - This role would involved creating the business case for change, identifying critical levers, establishing measures of success, partnering with very senior leaders, driving a comprehensive set of initiatives and delivering tangible results on committed milestones   - Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur  - Conceptualize, Design, Develop, and Implement people strategies that enable the business to meet its short term goals and prepare a strong foundation for sustainable growth in the future  - Build people competencies aligned to business priorities through internal and external resources  - Manage a fair transparent performance review process to enable each individual meet their performance goals  - Benchmark Retention Strategies and implement processes and policies to encourage retention  - Create a work environment where each individual feels valued and is engaged  - 15+ years of experience  - Master's degree in HR from Top Business School  - Able to work to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions ability to generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented
