Location : Lucknow & Bangalore

We are looking for MBA - PGDM from INSTITUTES of reputation - preferably Top 10-15 b-schools .

A Brief Of JOB DESCRIPTION :

Talent Mgmt. & Development

- Designing Talent Management and Learning Strategy

- Engaging with business to track and focus on Top talent & high performers ensure traction on their development plans

- Conceptualizing & executing the functional capability building framework

- Creating provision for internal talent movement as per the business demands.

- Developing and implementing employee retention strategies to retain top and critical talent

- Designing Talent Management and Learning Strategy & ensuring the business needs of Talent Management and Learning & Development are met through a structured & planned strategy

Working on building succession planning to ensure a healthy build-up of internal pool by planning for career movements and developmental interventions

Employee engagement:

- Formulating the employee engagement & retention strategy and roadmap for the business

- Collaborating with the corporate HR team for administration of engagement surveys and work with the business leaders to analyze the results and plan the roadmap for improvement of the engagement scores through sustained HR interventions

- Analysing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending appropriate course of action

HR Strategy

- Developing and implementing people agenda and action plan for the business

Change management

- Coaching Managers and Leaders on organizational effectiveness, especially those identified basis engagement survey scores and feedback

- Designing & executing the Sales incentive Plan for sales workforce

Capability Building: Strategizing the capability building needs of the business; Identifying the development needs of employees and running programs ,

Culture Building- Understanding the employee pulse by way of formal/informal channels of communication and constantly ensuring the right culture building interventions are run and managed
