We are looking for an Talent Acquisition & Operations rockstar who is driven by an obsession for optimization and growth through building relationships and using unconventional strategies.  Role :  You will work hands on with the COO and help build, lead and manage India's fastest growing gaming startup's Talent Acquisition and People Ops (HR, Culture) Divisions.  Talent Acquisition will include building (recruiting) amazingly talented teams.  People Ops in creating the best company culture to achieve the highest performance out of every individual, and managing the day to day HR processes.  Responsibilities:  Talent Acquisition and Management  You know that recruiting goes beyond just posting a job opening online. You instead get an edge over your competition by networking heavily, being an expert on various industry topics and actively identifying extraordinary talent through unconventional tactics. You also understand that company culture is what allows teams to function and are always seeking ways to build the most perfect culture that brings out the best in everyone.  People Operations  You do things once, right and make sure it stays that way. You understand the value of using daily HR operations as a booster, not a burden to any team and company. Driven by your obsession for optimization, you streamline daily HR operations in creative ways that helps your team move faster in all company functions.  Skills & Experience:  Are entrepreneurial by nature and always wanted to or have experience running your own company/venture.  Understand that a Company's most important asset is its employees, and identifying, recruiting and retaining talented individuals is critical to the Company's success.  Despise slow bureaucratic tactics, and look to evolve new ways and tactics to solve today's business, Ops and HR challenges.  7+ years at a technology startup or company.  Strong experience with Recruiting Tools and Performance management such as Recruiterbox, Taleo, Hired, SparkHire and Hirevue.  Strong network of Recruiters and Agencies to fill up a pipeline fast.  Experience creating and implementing Recruiting and HR processes that streamline and speed up activities such as candidate pipeline tracking, onboarding, performance reviews.  Demonstrated Retention and Culture Activities experience that really help elevate a Company's Work Culture.
