Senior HR Champions  with generalist background having  a strategic and innovative bent of mind who would be responsible for inculcating and bringing up innovative HR systems in Employee Engagement, Rewards , Talent Acquisition and Retention , Statutory Compliances , Talent Development and Management within the Business HR framework  .

The current opportunity is with a leading retail, part of a group amongst the most admired companies worldwide.

We are essentially looking at candidates from premier B Schools (2 year full time MBA) working with reputed corporate / telecom / BPO / Retail firms with a burning desire to shine and make a mark.

Must have 12 -17 years of relevant post qualification experience .
