The company is headquartered in Kolkata with 500 + employees and 35 physical branches across India.  Responsibilities:  - Addresses strategic business objectives through proactive HR policies, systems and interventions & monitors their implementation.  - Introduces and establishes innovative HR practices in the division to enable building a performance driven culture.  - Ensures attraction, retention & development of quality employees.  - Takes overall responsibility for all HR related communication activities.  Requirements:  - Post Graduate Diploma / MBA or equivalent in HR / Personnel Management. (Full Time).  - 12-15 years in HR and at least 5 years in a position of similar responsibility.  - Experience of handling HR over Manufacturing & Sales Industry would be an advantage.  He should possess good exposure in HR process understanding, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits & Administrative ability.
