The HR leader will have an active and influential business advisory role with executives in order to drive business results and will be responsible to drive change in leadership and organizational development and performance management.   - Specific areas of focus over the next 12 - 24 months include: developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies, developing retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, talent planning, diversity, compensation management and delivery, performance management, workforce planning and increasing employee job satisfaction and engagement.  The following details specific responsibilities for this critical role:  Key Responsibilities:   - Staffing: Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.  - Training: Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, training and mentoring programs.  - Pay Structure: Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions and payroll management.  - Appraisal: Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.  - Benefit Program: Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.  - Performance Management: Ensuring that the human resources are in alignment with the vision of the company and appropriate performance management tools of goal setting, planning, execution, monitoring and incentivisation are effectively deployed to ensure maximum employee performance.  - Change Management: To identify and effectively lead on change management initiatives and be the key enabler in successfully executing the change management processes across the organization.   - Legal Compliance: Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings; facility compliances.  - Policies and Procedures: Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.  - Record Keeping: Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.  - Technical Networking: Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. International Operations:   - Team Contribution: Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  - Administration: All administrative issues associated with people and payroll at all levels and in all geographies.   Siby
