A Fortune 500 Organisation is looking for Head - HR for Jamshedpur Location.  Job Responsibilities:  HR- White collar:  - Develop Human Capital Strategy aligned to aggregate business strategy.  - Driving Human Management Processes for Officers, Managers and Executives category employees for Learning & Development, Talent Management, Talent acquisition, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Suggestion initiatives.  - Manpower Planning (Permanent, Flexible workforce, Contracted workforce) and budgeting aligned to the AOP as planned in the Revenue Budget. Sourcing strategies for long term.  - Manpower optimisation through Productivity improvements – Value Stream mapping, Process improvements, MOST Kaizen implementations, Knowledge of Cycle time, NAT, Set-up time, Machine throughput.  - Wage cost reduction measures, Organisational effectiveness and redesign, Role clarity, Cross functional structure build up job rotation, Succession planning for middle and senior level officers.  - Capability development for strategy implementation and buildup of independent Design Centre  - SAPHR based employee database maintenance (Hiring to Superannuation / Resignation) and Employee establishment. – HRIS  - Interface with Senior Management and Heads of Depts. for implementing HR Policies.  - Ensure Code Of Conduct is maintained within plant premises and when on official tour. Implement disciplinary measures and actions  Employee Relations/ Employee Welfare: Blue Collar  - Ensuring peaceful acceptance of organisational restructuring; prompt resolution of employee grievances  - Maintaining cordial management-employee relation, introducing Management Charter of Expectations for negotiating win win settlements with Unions , Execute Memorandum of settlement with the Union.  - Handling of issues related to Union disputes (handling multiple unions).  - Employee engagement (Permanent and Flexible, Rewards, Recognition and Inclusion initiatives)  - Training and Development strategy implementation across temporary, permanent workforce  - Implementation of growth plans for employees.  - HRIS of Blue collared employees SAP and employee establishment activities.  - Adherence to legal / statutory norms with respect to labour laws / factory / Labour acts and practices prevalent in India  - Ensure the Code of Conduct within plant premises as per TCOC and Works Standing Orders (Conduct / Review domestic enquiries related to Code Of Conduct issues). Implement disciplinary actions.  Business Excellence:  - Organisational score card, HR Functional balanced score card, Strategy workshop, and Target setting,  Administration:  - Security, General Administration and Housekeeping  Communications:  - Maintaining portal on communications for regular and special communication forums, Annual communication sessions for all stakeholders, Maintain and upgrade website of the organisation  Note: Salary not a constraint for right candidate.
