About our Client - Our client is one of India's leading diversified Engineering companies with a growing global presence. They had over 30% growth last year and are slated for similar growth this year. with multiple lines of industrial engineering, they are looking for a HR Head for their largest business unit.

Job Description - As Head HR for the business, you will report in to the HR Director and your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the complete HR function for a staff span of over 2000 employees

- Strategising and implementing these initiatives into the business

- Taking ownership of the IR piece at all plant locations

- Leading a large HR team spanning out across locations

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you carry 15 years of qualitative HR experience from engineering / manufacturing industry. While you have strong exposure in all areas of HR, you also have a proven track record of strong IR management skills. A strong personality to lead a huge staff span is a must and should be backed by prior experience of a large staff span management. You must be equipped with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with an adaptable perspective that is open to challenges on a daily basis.
