HR Head - Consumer Electronics (16-21 yrs)
Position: Head HR
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 16- 22 years
Qualification: MBA from Tier I Management Institutes Only
Client: Large Consumer Electronics Company with major expansion plans in India
Key Responsibilities
Head of HR, reporting into the CEO, to provide an HR framework and strategy along with a customer focused service that supports the business in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.
To be successful you should be hands-on business leader with experience in directing HR strategy & execution within a large, complex organisation and experience of operating at Director / Board level. You will possess strong leadership skills and be customer and commercially focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong and effective relationship manager, you will also be self-motivated, energetic, adaptable and a creative decision maker.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
* Design and implement talent management strategies to achieve the business objectives in line with overall group strategy and direction.
* Develop and build manager capability in applying Talent Management processes;
* Focus on retention of priority talent within Key & Emerging Talent pools;
* Provide advice and guidance to the Directors and their management teams on all aspects of HR;
* Drive change through the department and ultimately the business to meet the company’s goals.
* Understand, influence and facilitate organisational development;
* Provide advice and guidance to the Directors and their management teams on all aspects of HR;
* Develop and manage HR processes, procedures and management systems in line with operational needs;
* Identify management development needs and ensure appropriate solutions are implemented;
Essential:
* Proven experience in a similar role working with senior leadership teams;
* Expert understanding of the talent discipline and how to apply that knowledge within a business context, with a track record in designing and implementing talent management strategies and interventions;
* Highly organised: demonstrated ability to manage a broad portfolio of talent related activities;
* Experience of using Talent Management software solutions to support talent activities;
* Experience of 1:1 coaching for senior leadership team and/or facilitating at senior team level;
