HR Head - Consumer Durables Startup

Head - HR - Start up based in Mumbai (10-15 yrs)

- We are currently hiring for a Head - HR position for a leading Consumer Durables organization. Looking for strong people who have set up HR operations for organisation's from scratch. Start up experience will be preferred.

- 12-18 years experience in HR with experience in Recruitment, Organizational Design, Change Management, Capability Building, Talent Development, External Stakeholder Management, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations etc.

- Looking for candidates who have managed large teams & has experience working with leading organizations in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Retail, Manufacturing etc.

- The position is based in Mumbai.
