Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibilities include Talent Management (including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning), Change Management, Employee Engagement and Leadership coaching.
- He/ she will work with Talent Acquisition and Talent & Development to hire & develop talent that is critical to the business.
- He/she will be part of the HR Leadership team and work with the CPO to define & execute the HR strategy for the corporate organization.
Past Experiences:
- Masters degree in Human Resources/ MBA with 15+ years’ experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles in HR.
- Should have led the HR function in an organization that had a strong culture.
- Should have had the experience of setting up basic policies, frameworks as well as advanced analytics and processes to make an organization go from scratch to being high performing
- Experience in working across different levels of leadership, and stakeholders across multiple locations.
- Experience in employee survey action planning & execution and change management.
- Should have done Talent Management and Employee Engagement strategy development and have a proven track record of executing on the strategy.
- Strong people management experience
