HR Head - BFSI

We have a Senior Leadership role for the position of HR- Head with one of our premium BFSI clientele.

This position needs to be based out of either Bangalore or Mumbai.

We are looking for a proven HR Leader who can shape the corporate vision of the business, build the structure, develop the HR Blueprint for the organization, build a performance culture and a strong delivery team that can deliver competitive value in a highly demanding international market.

We want to speak to HR leaders with 12+ years of broad experience within Human Resources in India. We need you do demonstrate the ability to work in cross cultural environments and inspire local teams to best practice across our global business.

Our ideal candidate will likely have worked in a mid-sized multinational business within IT / ITES / BPO / KPO industry and exposure to Global reporting and international board procedures.

This is a key executive role and we are keen to speak to candidates at VP level and above. We prefer female candidatures, however gender is not a constraint for a right leader.
