HR Generalist - Telecom (5-10 yrs)
- Masters degree in Human Resources/ MBA with 5-10 years of experience
- Should have contributed to Talent Management and Employee Engagement strategy development and have a proven track record of executing on the strategy.
- Exposure to HRIS System and C&B
- Outstanding Planning and organizing & execution skills

- Fantastic and proactive communication skills. Verbal and written confidence in all areas related to communication. Track record of employing tools and resources to ensure alignment on progress reporting for all stakeholders.
- Metrics orientation, with an ability to analyze data for trends.
