- Handling end to end Employee Life Cycle Management

- Hands on Knowledge of HR Analytical skills.

- Managing entire Manpower Planning and Budgeting / Talent Acquisition and Management along with Cost Rationalization / Campus Connect Initiatives for assigned Region.

- Sales HR / Career Movement through Talent Management Review Process

- Attrition and Retention Management

- Handling entire expansion Manpower Hiring for setting up new retail branches

- Handling IR Issues and Disputes / Negotiations with Labor Commissioner and Union Representatives.

We are looking for Tier 1 & 2 institute, Masters in Human Resource/ Post Graduate degree with 2 to 6 years of experience.
