US Shift - HR Generalist cum recruitment for US Based Co. @ Bangalore

Looking for Experienced HR Generalist cum recruitment for US Based Co. @ Bangalore, who can join our client ASAP

Role : HR Generalist cum recruitment

Experience required :

- 4-6 years of experience in HR Generalist profile in an IT Staffing / Solutions Company.

- Day-to-day supervision of human resources department, i.e. personnel, payroll, attendance, retention, recruitment and the staff accommodation.

Timings : US shift, Cab will be provided.

- Administers employees leave entitlements including annual, sick, compassionate, leave with/without pay.

- Coordinate payroll with ADP process and POC; Monitors and controls leave available through the payroll system.

- Monitor working schedule, leaves and holidays in accordance with company rules and policies.

- Checking and endorsing all changes in personal data insuring its documentation and verification in the personal files. Reviews and updates company's personnel policies.

- Handbook and procedures manual, including reviewing policies, drafting policy amendments according to new labor laws, government legislation and the company corporate policy.

- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.

- Schedule and participate in interviews, conduct reference checks and review of submitted documents pre-hiring Post hiring formalities induction, orientation and training Structured performance evaluations; Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluation.

- Provide basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles

- Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans

- Identify training and development opportunities; Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities Organization of holiday parties and get-togethers, employee motivation programs.Planning & Implementing remuneration, wage negotiation, perks negotiation and other reward systems through unilateral and bilateral processes to maximize performance.
